Ahead of International Day of the Girl, Next Dimension partners with Build a Dream to encourage young women to explore career paths in STEM at events across Southern Ontario.
Next Dimension, a Managed Services Provider headquartered in Windsor signs on as a National Sponsor of Build a Dream. Since its inception, Build a Dream has encouraged young women and their parents alike to explore career paths in STEM industries.
“We are thrilled to welcome Next Dimension as one of our valued National Sponsors as we work together to help diversify the workforce across the province. Our industry partners support our movement by opening their doors and educating our future workforce about the career opportunities in many different sectors including tech.” Said Nour Hachem-Fawaz, President of Build a Dream.
Next Dimension is fully committed to this partnership; bringing world class vendors to all three events, as well as participating in panel discussions in each market.
Nour added, “Next Dimension is a phenomenal employer with offices in each of our event markets, and we can’t wait for the young women to learn about the many career pathways they provide. We look forward to profiling their female staff on our panel as they share their journey in the tech sector with thousands of young women across the province.”
This partnership is a natural next step in Next Dimension’s commitment to the communities they serve. “As our company continues to grow in each market, it is important that we promote, develop, and cultivate local talent. Build a Dream encourages young women to explore our industry, and it’s important that we connect them with our team, including many females within our Executive and Management staff.” said Adam Davis, CEO of Next Dimension.
Build a Dream events will take place November 8th at the Ciociaro Club in Windsor and November 20th at the Hellenic Community Centre. More information on the events can be found at www.webuildadream.com.
