- Marketing Communications: To send you updates, promotional offers, and marketing content with your consent, in compliance with CASL.
- Legal Compliance: To meet our regulatory and legal obligations under PIPEDA, the Telecommunications Act, SCISA and other applicable laws and regulations.
3. Consent and Control
- Consent: We obtain express consent for collecting, using, or disclosing your personal information where required. This includes consent for marketing communications under CASL.
For businesses when entering into a contractual agreement with Next Dimension for products and/or services you are extending any consent you have received at that time for the collection of PI for the users within your organization(s) that we may be supporting and/or providing services to on your behalf.
- Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@nextdimensioninc.com. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide certain services, but will not release you from any contractual obligations.
- Clear and Transparent Information: In line with the Internet Code, we provide clear service agreements, terms, and information summaries to help you understand how your data will be used.
4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information with trusted third parties under the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We share information with partners that help us operate our website and provide our services, in line with Section 7(i) of the Telecommunications Act to ensure privacy.
- Legal Obligations: We disclose information when required by law or when needed to comply with regulatory or court orders, including obligations under the Copyright Act of Canada for managing copyright infringement notices. We participate in what often is referred to as a ‘Notice-and-Notice Regime’, and we will maintain these notices for up to six months after forwarding them to our end customers. At no time will we share end-user details for a suspected Copyright Act of Canada violation without a court order.
- National Security: Under SCISA, and with a court order, we may share information as required by government agencies for national security purposes.

Protection Regardless of Location: Next Dimension is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your data, regardless of its physical location. We require that any third-party service providers or partners that handle data on our behalf meet rigorous security standards and comply with our privacy policies.
